How long is the warranty period for printers?
We warranty all of our refurbished printers for 30 days after you receive them. We may ask you to perform a simple operation if your printer malfunctions in some small way.
How do I return an item?
If an item needs to be returned please send an e-mail to [email protected] and your case will be reviewed and assigned an RMA number. It is the buyers responsibility to ship the item for inspection and a refund will be issued the same day as it is received.
How long is the warranty period for ink and toner cartridges?
The warranty period for ink and toner cartridges is 14 days from the date you receive the item. We only sell high quality products but we are unable to open and test any OEM products as it would make the item non-OEM. Therefore we encourage you to insert the cartridge and make a test print when you receive your cartridges.
